[approaching Brooke at the bar] I need a new office.

Brooke Davis:
Yeah, the one you have right now is far too big and free.

Peyton Sawyer:
Well, I will settle for a small and expensive just as long as it's not Lindsay adjacent.

Brooke Davis:
Tell me I don't look like her when I dance! [Peyton looking inquiringly]

Brooke Davis:

Peyton Sawyer:
