It's Complicated. What about you? Did you always want to be a teacher?

No, it was sort of a career shift. I came to like the kids a lot. A lot of their parents are affiliated with the russian mob, So I try to give them other options.

John Reese:
They're lucky to have you.

Charlie Burton:
Only the ones that I get out of the life and into college.

John Reese:
What about the kids who don't make it?

Charlie Burton:
Probably the ones shooting at us.
