Beth Greene:
[Beth wakes up in a city hospital and pounds on the room door] Hey! Hello! Hey!

[Beth hears coming footsteps and grabs the IV from her arm for a weapon]

Dr. Steven Edwards:
Everything's okay. Okay?

Officer Dawn Lerner:
Put it down. Drop it, right now.

Dr. Steven Edwards:
I'm Dr. Steven Edwards. This is Officer Dawn Lerner. How are you feeling?

Beth Greene:
Where am I?

Dr. Steven Edwards:
Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.

Beth Greene:
How did I get here?

Officer Dawn Lerner:
My officers found you on the side of the road surrounded by Rotters.

Dr. Steven Edwards:
Your wrist was fractured and you sustained a superficial head wound. Can you remember your name?

Beth Greene:
Beth.

Beth Greene:
[Officer Dawn squints her eyes to study Beth] The man I was with, is he here, too?

Officer Dawn Lerner:
You were alone. If we hadn't saved you, you'd be one of them right now. So you owe us.

[Beth and Officer Dawn Lerner look hard at each other in the eyes]
