Pete Anderson:
I'm gonna have to ask you to leave, Rick.

Jessie Anderson:
No.

Jessie Anderson:
Excuse me?

Jessie Anderson:
You need to leave.

Pete Anderson:
What are you talking about?

Jessie Anderson:
Just go, Pete.

Pete Anderson:
What have you been saying to each other?

Pete Anderson:
[Pete screams at Jessie] What have you been doing?

Rick Grimes:
Pete, you and me are going to leave now.

Pete Anderson:
You come into my house...

Rick Grimes:
Pete, you and me are leaving.

Pete Anderson:
You're leaving right now. You think you're the law? You actually think you have a say in anything here?

Rick Grimes:
Step back.

Pete Anderson:
Who the hell do you think you are?

Rick Grimes:
Someone who's trying not to kill you.

Jessie Anderson:
[Jessie screams] No!

[Pete and Rick exchange swings to the face]

Rick Grimes:
You wanna stop now!

Pete Anderson:
[Pete grabs a hold of Rick shoving him back into the wall] You come into my house!

[Pete and Rick scuffle before throwing each other out the front window of Pete's home]
