[Noticing a new Basestar-size contact appearing on DRADIS that uses Colonial Fleet signals, Adama orders a hold for jumping and has Dualla hail the ship]

Anastasia Dualla:
Attention unknown vessel, this is the Battlestar Galactica. Identify yourself or we will fire upon you.

Felix Gaeta:
Range now 1700, sir. [long pause]

Radio Voice:
This is the Battlestar Pegasus to the ship claiming to be the Galactica. Please respond.

Saul Tigh:
Pegasus? How could that be? The entire fleet was destroyed.

CDR William Adama:
[orders Dualla] Give me direct contact. [speaks] Pegasus, this is Galactica actual. Authenticate identity with recognition codes immediately.

Dualla:
[sees panel] Sir. I'm receiving Colonial recognition codes. They're authentic.

Admiral Helena Cain:
Galactica, this is Pegasus actual, Adama, is that you?

Adama:
Cain. What a pleasure to hear your voice.

Cain:
[to XO Jack Fisk] Disengage.

Jack Fisk:
Red Team, disengage. Red Team, disengage.

Cain:
Commander, I don't know what to say. This is a miracle.

Adama:
You took the words right out of my mouth. [orders crew] Step down to Condition One throughout the fleet.

Lt Apollo:
Galactica, Apollo, you are not going to believe what I'm looking at out here. It's like a dream. It is a dream. [laughs and smiles at seeing Battlestar Pegasus and escort fighters]
