Nadeem:
I hoped it'd be you.

Dex:
Hi, Ray. Come on inside. Let's talk.

Nadeem:
Come on, Dex. We both know you're a better liar than that. You want a private place to kill me.

Dex:
You're in a tough spot, Ray. I get that. It sounds hard. Really hard.

Nadeem:
When he's done with you, he'll bury you, too. You know that, right?

Dex:
I'm doing fine. And you would be, too, if you hadn't opened your mouth.

Nadeem:
It's not too late to turn things around, Dex. Fisk manipulated you, just like he did me and Tammy and everyone else. I can help you cut a deal with the DA. We can take him down, you and me. Two federal agents... like we were before.

Dex:
[scoffs] No, that's not gonna happen, Ray. I'm more than a fed now. I feel more myself than I have in my whole life. Fisk gave me that.

Nadeem:
As long as I'm alive, my family's at risk.

Dex:
[points the gun at Nadeem] Let's go, Ray.

Nadeem:
[last words] I'm not going anywhere with you, Dex. [sighs] Whatever you need to do... you do it here.

[Nadeem attempts to shoot Dex with a gun but Dex shoots him first, Nadeem dies]
