And Benjamin unwisely decides this would be a good time to become a leader.

Benjamin:
(reading off the next ticket) Next pick-up, two chicken, one -

Scott:

Narrator:
Unfortunately for him, Chef Scott is not impressed.

Scott:
You think for one minute you're going to start fucking running this pass? You may be a fucking good cook, but you suck as a leader. If you think you're going to do my fucking job, I'll leave right now. You think you can do it?
