[first lines of the series]

[Principal Franklin laughs at the paper he is holding, until Ms. Briggs enters the room. He stops and puts the paper down]

Ms. Briggs:
She is right outside.

Principal Franklin:
Yes. Let's have a little talk with her.

Ms. Briggs:
Carly? Get in here right now. [snaps her fingers, and Carly Shay enters]

Principal Franklin:
Have a seat. [she does] So... I understand you put some flyers up all over the school.

Carly Shay:
Yes, I did.

Ms. Briggs:
Punk!

Principal Franklin:
Ms. Briggs!

Ms. Briggs:
[to Principal Franklin] I'm calm.

Principal Franklin:
[to Carly] Carly, this flyer. [starts laughing] It's a-- It's a--

Ms. Briggs:
[to Principal Franklin] It's not funny! [to Carly; angrily] Why would you photo dock my head onto the body of a rhinoceros?

Carly Shay:
Well, I--

Principal Franklin:
Rhinoceros? Oh, no, no, no. She made you a hippopotamus.

Carly Shay:
No, no. She's a rhinoceros. A hippo has fatter thighs and a wider snout.

Principal Franklin:
I thought the rhinos had the fat thighs?

Carly Shay:
No, if you could picture the two of them together, you could really tell the difference.

Principal Franklin:
[talking over Carly] No, but this animal's obese.

Ms. Briggs:
Oh, what does it matter?!
