I have a question for you. When you slept with my father, when you helped him cheat on my mother, uh, what did you say to him to make him behave actually like a human being?

Violet:
Addison, he is a human being.

Addison:
Are you that gullible? Lonely? Is that it, what was it?

Violet:
It wasn't like that.

Addison:
So, then what was it like? Tell me, because with all the faceless nameless women he's rolled around with, you're the first one I can actually ask.

Violet:
Okay, um, if if you really want to know, it was, um, it was wonderful. No, I'm sorry if that hurts you or if it doesn't jibe with how you see him, but he was kind and caring, he was a real gentleman. He helped me, he was the first person in a long time that made me feel normal. And maybe I was wrong for doing it, maybe we both were, but he's not a bad person.
