Consciousness is what is listening to this talk right now. Consciousness is listening. Consciousness is that which is aware of your own body, the mere fact that you can feel the seat you'e sitting on. What is conscious of how it feels to sit on that seat. Consciousness is conscious of what it feels like. Consciousness is conscious of these sounds. Consciousness is conscious of feelings and thoughts and emotions. Consciousness is conscious to the entirety of this moment. That's what I mean by "consciousness".
