My god! You're dying!

Clem:
I am?

Doc:
I got to remove your eyes now or you won't live! Here's $50 bucks. [pulls up $5 bucks]

[after putting Clem's eyes on his talking heart]

Doc's Heart:
You're more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Kiss my lips.

Doc:
You, uh...You don't have any lips.

[Doc walks back to the bar to Clem to remove his lips]

Doc:
You got lip cancer. You can't see it, but I better remove them.

Clem:
Give me another $50?

Doc:
I can do $40.

[after walking back to Doc's office, putting Clem's lips onto his talking heart again]

Doc's Heart:
I am quivering with anticipation.
