The Jungle Book1967

[Hathi and the other elephants are marching through the jungle by the tree that Bagheera and Mowgli are sleeping on]

Mowgli:
[waking up, sees the elephants] The parade!

Bagheera:
Oh no. It’s the dawn patrol again.

Elephants:
Hup, two, three, four/Keep it up, two, three, four/Hup, two, three, four/Keep it up, two, three, four. [Mowgli climes down the tree]

Hathi:
Company, sound off!

Elephants:
Oh, the aim of our patrol/

Elephant:
Is a question rather droll/

Elephants:
For to march and drill over field and hill. [they trumpet with their trunks]

Hathi:
[tapping his trunk with the bamboo stick] Is a military goal!

Elephants:
Is a military goal! [Mowgli comes out of the bushes as Hathi and the other elephants march by] Hup, two, three, four/Dress it up, two, three, four/By the ranks or single file/Over every jungle mile [Mowgli sees Hathi Jr. pass by]/Oh, we stamp and crush through the underbrush/ [Hathi Jr. trumpets ]

Hathi Jr.:
In the "miritaly" style!

Elephants:
In the military style!

Mowgli:
[to Jr.] Hello. What are you doing?

Junior:
Shh. Drilling.

Mowgli:
[whispering] Can I do it, too?

Junior:
Sure! Just do what I do. But don't talk in ranks. It's against "regalations".
