[Dr. White places the flashlight on the floor and scoops. July sits on his shoulders. Dr. White stands up, and July pulls herself through the square hole into the secret room]

Dr. White:
Are you up?

Julie White:
Yes, I am.

Dr. White:
Be careful. What do you see?

Julie White:
There's a table here. It's... it's beautiful! There's money inside.

[excitedly, July grabs a handful of the coins, approaches the open trapdoor and shows the coins to her father]

Julie White:
Look! It's the secret room!

Dr. White:
[excitedly] Fantastic! What else is there?

Julie White:
[looking around] There're some portrait jars, and there're some vases, and there's... wait a minute...

[July notices the flashlight which Debby left earlier on the shelf. Curiously, she approaches the shelf. Dr. White does not understand why July stopped talking]

Dr. White:
What is it? What's the matter? July! Answer me!

[July also finds on the shelf the map of the secret room, and is puzzled, wondering how the map and the flashlight got into the secret room]
